To be eligible for a return or exchange:
•    Items must be in original condition — unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
•    Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
1.    Log in to your account at [www.cheriecouture.in].
2.    Go to “My Orders” and select the item you wish to return or exchange.
3.    Click on “Return” or “Exchange” and follow the steps to schedule a pickup or drop-off.
4.    Choose your preferred resolution – refund, replacement, or store credit.

Pickup & Return Shipping
•    For eligible returns, a reverse pickup will be arranged from your delivery address.
•    Return shipping is free for damaged/wrong items. For other cases, a nominal return fee may apply and will be displayed at the time of request.

Refunds
•    Once your return is received and approved after inspection, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
•    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, as per your selection.
•    Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges
•    You can directly request a different size or color through the website (subject to availability).
•    Once your original item is picked up and inspected, the exchange item will be dispatched.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please initiate a return through the website and select “Product was damaged/incorrect” as the reason. We’ll prioritize your request and cover all return costs.
